1. Kindly submit all your event details via the checklist at ca-media.in/checklist
   These details will be considered as a base for our services/ deliverables & billing.
2. We would require uninterrupted power supply at the venue along with a table near the stage.
3. Please check if facility management can provide a reliable WiFi/LAN connection for seamless livestreaming. We carry the best 4G internet networks anyways but signal fluctuations can cause hindrance to the stream at times.
4. All payments have to be made as per the details mentioned below. Payment of advance is mandatory to confirm the services.
5. Our team will be available at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your event. Any extra hours or part thereof, beyond the scheduled end-time are chargeable additionally per hour.
6. If you have taken our Gold Plus or Platinum packages, we request you to collect the raw data of the video content ASAP, preferably on the event day.
7. In case of Silver package, video outputs/ connectivity must be checked with your videographer in advance to ensure compatibility. Kindly coordinate with your videographer in advance.
8. Charges for exceptional events like death/ funerals, overnight events (11PM to 6AM), out-station events will vary from the base charges. Kindly contact our team for customized quotes & scope. Default pricing for above exceptional events is 2x of base rate.
9. Any unauthorized usage of copyrighted music/ content played in your events might result in the video being blocked.
